Warranty Period

The warranty period for all turnstile products is 3 years from the date of delivery as stated on the bill of lading.

Warranty Coverage

For all products supplied by An Kuai:

• Provision of necessary consumable parts as required
• Periodic support through email or telephone, including guidance on maintenance and operation
• Repair or replacement of defective parts upon return to the factory
• Lifetime maintenance support after the 3-year warranty period (charges may apply)

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
• Damage caused by improper use, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Failures resulting from incorrect installation or maintenance
• Damage caused by natural disasters or other external factors
